New Feature #1 – Daily Records and Reports
One of the top record keeping mistakes breweries make is not maintaining accurate Daily Reports that support the quarterly or monthly Operations Reports. Although these reports are not regularly filed with the TTB, they are especially important if your brewery is ever audited or needs to explain some unexpected shortages.
TTB Tamer now supports the creation of Daily Reports.
Simply select the correct day that the operations occured when you make your Updates. TTB Tamer will compile all entries to create a daily report (similar to the standard report of operations). You will also be able to make comments for any Update you make. These will appear on a second Breakout page on the daily reports and on the History page.
Because TTB Tamer will be using the same data to create the daily reports and the operations reports, there should never be discrepancies between the two.
As a rule of thumb, make your TTB Tamer Updates no later than the next business day after the operation occured in the brewery and your daily records will be in compliance with TTB requirements.
As of right now, only Breweries are supported (Sorry Brewpubs!!). We are working on the daily report for Brewpubs and will deploy this ASAP. Both Breweries and Brewpubs are supported!
New Feature #2 – Comments Available for any Update
To help with the creation of the daily reports, you can now make notes and comments about any Update you make in TTB Tamer.
When you enter in an amount on the Update page, a comments field will appear beneath your entry. Simply type in any comments or notes that you have about this update and these will appear on the Daily Report and on the History page.
New Feature #3 – Printing from the Dashboard
To help make the dashboard more useful, you can now print any of your reports directly from the Dashboard Calendar. Simply click on a date and a pop up will ask you if you want to print a Daily Report, or an Ops or Excise report if those are also possibilities.
The reports created are the same report that would be made if you went to the Make Report page.
